Ordering at JewelCast is easy. From waxes to moulds to master patterns, here’s how to order with us.
Post a Wax
Post your carefully carved waxes & 3D Printed models into our JewelCast HQ.
When posting a wax into us we suggest packaging your wax well with cotton wool, a plastic bag & box. This will protect your wax well.
There is always a risk sending delicate waxes through the post, unfortunately they can sometimes arrive with us broken or cracked. If they’re packaged securely, it will significantly improve the chances of them arriving intact!
Please ensure you send your wax or master pattern to us with a covering letter stating the following –
- Company name, address, email address, and phone number
- How many items are in the parcel.
- If you would like your item to have a mould cut, including the type of mould preferred (if known)
- Quantity, type and colour of metal you require for your castings.
- Hallmarking instructions if required.
Your Waxes
We understand your hard work & design time goes into your wax carvings. Any carvings that take a long time to create making them irreplaceable we suggest cold moulding first. This allows you to wax & cast your carefully designed model multiple times in different precious metals.

Order From Existing Moulds
Once you have had a mould created, we can store them for you in our mould library. They will be given a unique code and assigned to your account. Only you will have access to use them.
Using your unique code, you can place orders via our online customer portal.
You can also use this portal to track the journey of your order through production, and to pay for your castings when they are invoiced and ready.

Apply For An Account
We will automatically open a proforma account for you when you place your first order. Please provide the following details
- Name
- E-mail address
- Phone Number
- Delivery Address
- A description of what you would like with as much detail as possible
If you would like us to design a CAD a piece for you, please send the above details to design@jewelcast.co.uk
If you would like us to 3D print and cast a .stl file, please send the above details to 3dprinting@jewelcast.co.uk
If you would like a new mould making, please send the above details and your master to:

Please note that we only accept trade accounts, and do not supply castings to the public.
If you wish to apply for an account please follow the link below to directly email our sales team. Please be sure to include your name, business name, nature in which you intend to cast (CAD, Wax Carving), what metals you primarily use & your years experience in the industry.
This will allow us to allocate the most appropriate account for you.
Payments
The fastest and most convenient way to pay is to use our online payment system. Just log in to your account (click here to log in) and select “Make a Payment”. This will take you through to our payment portal where you can select which invoices and credit note you wish to pay and enter your card details.
If you make a payment before 15:30, your goods will be dispatched the same day. We send all goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery, with an expected delivery date of the next working day before 1pm.
We also accept BACS payments. Details for this can be found on the bottom of your invoice. Payments made in this way may cause a short delay to your order being dispatched. If you choose to pay in this way please email proof of payment to info@jewelcast.co.uk.
We no longer accept payments over the phone.
Multiple orders postage payment
If you pay directly for your goods and wish for them to be sent together (incurring only one postage charge).
Either let us know at the point of placing your order, by selecting the “await full delivery” option on the website, or stating this in your covering note.
Alternatively, when you receive your invoice for the first part of your order, please wait for the remaining part(s) and make one payment for all invoices, they will all then be dispatched together.
Returns
If you need to return a metal casting to us, please print and complete our Returns Form, which can be accessed via the button below.

Orders FAQ
Yes. If it meets our quality standards, we are happy to use your moulds to make your castings.
We will always consider the weird and wonderful, but unfortunately, we are not able to cast items that are copyrighted. We also are unable to directly cast any organic items (without moulding them first) or any mouth jewellery including grills.

Unfortunately, this is not a service that we offer. You will receive an unfinished casting with a small sprue. We will cut the sprue off as close as we can to the casting.
